PRIVACY POLICY
1. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files saved on your computer, to help the website analyze how you use the site. 2. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

​We also offer a sign-up form on the site for you to subscribe to the Newsletter. When you do so, your email address is automatically added to the mailing list by our provider, Wix.com. You can check their terms of service and privacy policies here. This company too has announced plans to comply with the GDPR*.

2. Also, when you make a purchase via PayPal, that company maintains privacy and use terms, all of which can be found on the PayPal site here. It too has announced plans to comply with GDPR.*

3. Shaman Drums And More website relies on its service provider, Jimdo GmbH, to comport with all international privacy and operational agreements and laws. You may review that company's policies here.

PayPal, certain Credit Cards and Personal Checks Accepted. (Check may delay preparation of your order.) Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo.

PayPal (including credit card, debit card, and bank transfer): By choosing this payment method you will be automatically directed to PayPal's site in the next step. When you've entered your information there, you'll be brought back to this store to complete your order. You do not need a PayPal account to use this fast, efficient and safe way to purchase items from Thunder Valley Drums

5. HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU: 

We may contact you first to make sure we make the drum or other product you desire, specifically relating to any decorations, additions or other modifications you note. Otherwise, it would be rare for us to communicate with you unless:

• we need to troubleshoot problems with your account,

• to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed,

• to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires,

• to send updates about our company,

• or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.

7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments, according to rules and regulations of the country to which the shipment is sent. The US Postal service does not offer affordable insurance on international packages, so once a package leaves the US, the responsibility for safe delivery rests with your carrier. Thus, if your package arrives damaged, and it is determined that the problem originated beyond US borders, you must pursue a solution with your carrier.

8. US SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

Per Carrier, US Domestic, USPS: All goods are in pristine condition at the time of delivery to the post office. We purchase insurance from the post office to assure against any loss in delivery to you. So if any item should arrive to you damaged, please notify the post office immediately and follow instructions for how to file a claim of damage. Then, please contact Thunder Valley Drums to let us know that a problem occurred. If necessary, we will do what we can to support your claim (for example, we can provide proof on insurance, shipping information, etc.).

Please contact us if you would like a refund for any other reason than stated above. We will work out the details at the time you contact us. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so please know that whatever solution we arrive at, you will be fully satisfied. Otherwise, we will keep trying until are you!
