The US Postal service does not offer affordable insurance on international packages, so once a package leaves the US, the responsibility for safe delivery rests with your carrier. Thus, if your package arrives damaged, and it is determined that the problem originated beyond US borders, you must pursue a solution with your carrier.
US SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY
Per Carrier, US Domestic, USPS: All goods are in pristine condition at the time of delivery to the post office. We purchase insurance from the post office to assure against any loss in delivery to you. So if any item should arrive to you damaged, please notify the post office immediately and follow instructions for how to file a claim of damage. Then, please contact Thunder Valley Drums to let us know that a problem occurred. If necessary, we will do what we can to support your claim (for example, we can provide proof on insurance, shipping information, etc.).
Please contact us if you would like a refund for any other reason than stated above. We will work out the details at the time you contact us. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so please know that whatever solution we arrive at, you will be fully satisfied. Otherwise, we will keep trying until are you!
